I couldn’t resist a play in my title on the infamous fashion website this week.

I will be showing at THE OTHER ART FAIR in Los Angeles at the Barker Hanger Location Sept 21-24. It is a fun time if you are in the LA area, and I would love to meet you!

I am very pleased with the art I am offering at this fair and a smidge impressed that I got all the work painted early enough to drive it to CT to be freighted to LA. The hard part was deciding who should stay and who should make the trip!
Here’s a studio shot below. “Ripe” on the left gets to see sunny California, and “Lemoncello” on the right is making its debut online at Saatchi Art. I felt like I was breaking up friends! Editing is a tough job, but someone has to do it.

I can feel my work vacillate between having space and a more spare feeling to being more dense. I think all the work presents as delicate, complicated, yet juicy. I will keep it in this vein for a bit to see where it takes me.
